Key Responsibilities

• Manage activities and personnel within the Claims Operational Auditing Department
• Research claims to ensure accurate reimbursement and processing guidelines
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve and prevent claims issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of claims processing or provider contract experience in a managed care environment
• Previous experience in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of claims payment and state reimbursement guidelines for Market Place (preferred)
• Intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
