Key Responsibilities

• Challenge best practices and seek opportunities to drive process improvements
• Own management decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s)
• Partner with customer executive management team to collaborate on financial and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of revenue cycle experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Medical Group/physician revenue cycle experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and gain buy-in across departments
