Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director VCO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workplans to achieve successful outcomes while addressing constraints
• Collaborate with the organization to drive operational improvements and efficiency
• Create tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor initiative value delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum twelve years of work experience, with five to seven years in operational value creation
• Experience in enterprise-wide transformations or operational improvement programs preferred
• Hands-on experience in areas such as sales & marketing, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
