Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator who will manage job-related documentation and ensure accuracy in sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP
• Review job-jacket documents for accuracy prior to installation and release
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Homebuilding experience preferred
• 1 year quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II
• 3+ years quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level III
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
