Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals with OCD via a video platform
• Manage a caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation using the company's EHR system
• Participate in clinical consultations and collaborate with a network of providers to reinforce treatment decisions

Required Qualifications

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in Arizona (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Master's Degree required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including 25 hours of direct clinical work
• Willingness to treat children and adolescents after completing specific training
