A company is looking for a Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer retirement plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and regulatory deadlines
  • Perform annual compliance testing and prepare necessary forms, including Forms 5500 and 5330
  • Communicate with plan sponsors and advisors to resolve compliance-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Retirement Plans
  • 1-3 years of retirement plan administration experience
  • Strong mathematical and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
  • Experience maintaining data security and handling potential security threats
