Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager-Retirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans and develop strong client relationships
• Research issues and negotiate problem resolution in coordination with management
• Deliver accurate information and address client needs to enhance service and retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• Two years of customer relationship experience or experience in the retirement or financial services industry
• Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
• Ability to align behaviors with the company's Future Fit Culture
• Knowledge of recordkeeping and processing capabilities related to retirement plans
