Retention Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Operations Analyst to perform sales operations functions for renewing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end client renewal transactions across all product lines and compliance legislations
• Communicate renewal experience information, including risks and notifications for clients
• Maintain tracking and reporting of status and deliverables for the assigned book of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate's degree in a related field preferred or at least one year of related experience
• Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred
• Audit and/or Quality Assurance experience a plus
• Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SFDC applications
• General knowledge of insurance products and sales operations desired
