Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer experiences and troubleshoot basic technical problems through various communication methods
• Build relationships and manage service request tickets for all customer communications
• Develop knowledge of Schlage consumer products and assist in resolving customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Minimum 12 months of call center experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a high volume of calls
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with PC-based software applications
