Research Associate II - CQI Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Associate II: Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager for the Tribal Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and enhance organizational performance
• Train staff and implement projects to achieve continuous improvement goals
• Analyze data, track progress, and report results to the funder

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native individuals and/or communities
• Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience managing quality improvement or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in training and project implementation
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
