Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of industry experience conducting qualitative user research
• Demonstrated track record of leading research projects aligned with business strategy
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to share research findings effectively
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Zoom, and UserTesting
• Working knowledge of AI and automation technologies is a plus
