Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Operations Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for the renewals sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute renewals in a 90-day cycle and manage the renewal process using CRM tools
• Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
• Generate reports on renewals performance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, PowerBi, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and general renewals processes
• Experience in managing end-to-end renewal processes
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
