A company is looking for a Client Success Strategy and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own standard processes for health plan and pharmacy benefit partner integration
• Manage partner performance and execution dashboard to track key KPIs
• Evaluate and monitor processes, addressing gaps and adapting to market needs

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations
• Bachelor's Degree at minimum
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits processes and integration
• Ability to develop and drive operational readiness plans
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
