Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess Renewals Opportunities 9-6 months prior to expiry
• Prepare pricing and quotes for renewals and assist with contract preparation
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and submit renewal orders to the Order Management Group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Order Management, and Contracts for Service
