Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst focused on designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting application programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support application programs and processes
• Interface with internal business clients to gather requirements and resolve issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with ETL solutions using enterprise ETL tools, preferably SSIS
• Minimum two years of experience in a SQL Server database environment
• Experience writing stored procedures, T-SQL, functions, and SQL queries
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) and reporting platforms
