What’s the role?
As a Software Development Team Interviewer, you’ll be the bridge between our US-based clients and our internal development team. You’ll lead client discussions, ask smart technical questions, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Your insights will help our developers hit the ground running on every project.
Position Details:
• Role: Development Team Interviewer
• Location: Remote
• Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: 5–10 hours/week
• Pay: $3000-$4000 monthly
• Probation Pay: $30/hr
• Probation Period: 30-60 days
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a background in technology or related fields, with experience in the following areas being highly beneficial:
• Solid communication skills — especially with non-tech folks
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable with meeting documentation
• Open to flexible, part-time availability (5–10 hours/week)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python.
• Experience with SQL databases for data management.
• Previous experience in conducting interviews or working in human resources is preferred but not mandatory.
