A company is looking for a Remote Physician Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct peer reviews to evaluate clinical appropriateness of coverage requests
• Stay informed on the latest treatments, including cutting-edge modalities
• Provide objective, evidence-based insights to support review outcomes

Qualifications

• Current/active Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, accredited by the ABMS or AOA
• An unrestricted, unencumbered, and active medical license for clinical practice
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time equivalent hospitalist direct patient care experience
• Previous experience with utilization management or peer review programs is highly preferred
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously and reliable high-speed cable internet connection
