Key Responsibilities

• Oversees utilization management functions including authorizations, reviews, and referrals
• Develops staff goals, provides feedback, and conducts performance reviews
• Collaborates with medical staff to resolve complex clinical problems and ensure appropriate resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• New York State RN license
• Experience in managed care or healthcare industry related to utilization management
• Knowledge of CMS and NYSDOH regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
