A company is looking for a Remote New Patient Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of referral orders and schedule new patient appointments
• Verify and update patient insurance information and demographics
• Provide consistent customer service and maintain accurate data entry in the electronic health record

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• No prior experience required
• Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
• Typing test required (minimum speed of 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
