• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of teleoperations vendors and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Interest in robotics, autonomous systems, logistics, or remote support technologies
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Willingness to travel to vendor sites once a quarter
