Program Manager, Card Network Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Card Network Office (CNO).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a release management process for card network mandates and advise cross-functional partners on impacts and timelines
• Review and analyze card network releases to identify significant initiatives and ensure proper prioritization across teams
• Establish a compliance monitoring framework, conduct regular audits, and develop metrics and dashboards for mandate tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry with expertise in card networks and compliance activities
• In-depth understanding of acquiring platforms and their interactions with card network products
• Proficient in JIRA for project management and familiar with card network portals
• Strong program and project management abilities with experience in stakeholder engagement
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shape new programs with minimal guidance
