Remote Medicare Sales with Base + High Commission

At SeniorQuote, we don’t do cold calling or wasted leads. We connect you with leads, inbound interest—and pay you to do what you do best: close confidently and help seniors enroll in top Medicare plans.

This is a base + commission role designed for hungry, driven agents ready to turn volume into real earnings. If you’re closing 2–3 sales a day, you can expect to earn between $5,300 and $6,600 per month—and there’s no cap on what you can achieve from there.

What We Offer:
• Inbound calls – no cold calling
• Full-time, W-2 remote position
• $15/hour base pay
• Commission payouts based on performance (details shared in interview)
• Work with major carriers like UHC, Aetna, and Humana
• Set schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST / 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST

What You’ll Do:
• Take inbound Medicare Advantage calls
• Follow up withleadsin our system
• Educate clients and enroll them in plans that fit their needs
• Manage your pipeline using our CRM and track your applications
• Submit 15+ applications in your first 10 production days
• Maintain at least a 15% conversion rate

What You Need to Apply:
• Active health insurance license in FL, OH, TN, or TX
• Licensed in 10+ non-resident states
• 2025 AHIP certified
• At least 1 year of Medicare Advantage sales experience
• 3+ years in sales or call center roles
• Comfortable working in CRMs and remote sales environments
• Personal equipment: computer, webcam, headset, dual monitors
• Quiet home office with strong, reliable internet

Must have an active resident health insurance license in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, or Texas to be considered. This is a full-time, remote Medicare sales opportunity for licensed and experienced professionals only.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
