Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits and clarify plans' policies and procedures
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide resolutions to their inquiries
  • Navigate multiple systems to ensure accurate information and escalate complaints as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of Call Center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry is preferred
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment & typing test
