Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Specialist to work remotely in the human healthcare field.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and document adverse events, product safety inquiries, and exposure cases via telephone and email
• Triage cases and provide health and safety information to consumers and healthcare professionals
• Escalate cases to trained medical professionals as necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

• Current LPN, EMT, Paramedic, CMA/RMA, or CPhT certification
• 1+ years of recent work experience in a relevant field
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a suitable work environment free from interruptions
