A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat/Non-Voice) to provide email support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with retail inquiries, including order status and warranty issues
• Encourage customers to purchase higher-priced items and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is a plus
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
• Excellent time management and documentation skills
