Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor for the Central Insurance Verification Clinic Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff activities in the registration areas to ensure compliance with department standards
• Maintain accurate attendance records, process payroll, and assist with employee performance reviews
• Educate staff on policy changes, manage patient flow, and ensure proper staffing levels

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
• 2 or more years of Patient Access experience required
• At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or project management role
