A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (BYOD).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their accounts and ensure accurate documentation in the client's system
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations while maintaining production measures and quality assurance goals

Required Qualifications

• Prior call center experience is required
• Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while assisting customers
• Must be proficient with Microsoft applications
• Ability to maintain an average inbound handle time
• Must have dual working monitors for the position
