Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst-Compensation to provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function
  • Make operating decisions and take actions based on the interpretation of general policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and data management tools
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
  • Able to work independently under supervision and analyze data to recommend actions
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
