A company is looking for a Remote Collections Representative to manage consumer accounts and assist with payment resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts through calls and written correspondence
• Provide accurate updates on account status in computer files after each interaction
• Counsel consumers on payment obligations and comply with relevant laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude
• Ability to remain stationary for 95% of the time
