Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closer/Funder in the Pacific Time Zone, US (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Execute the transfer of lender funds and prepare loan documents for closing
• Manage a loan pipeline of 50-60 closings per month while collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience in residential loan closings, particularly cash-out refinance transactions
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations from origination to post-closing
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline of closings
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Tech-savvy with experience using Encompass LOS and other lending platforms
