Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Client Service Representative who will provide client support through chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality client experience over text (chat)
• Assist with online appointment scheduling and respond to administrative queries
• Detail CareClub plans to non-members and manage multiple chats simultaneously

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• 3+ years of veterinary experience, including experience as a veterinary assistant
• Highly proficient in using technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; multilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Availability to work 30-40 hours/week from home, including weekends and holidays
