We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent (Entry Level) to join our team at R&R Auction. As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Proficiency in live chat software and technology
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 – $45.00/hour.
