Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote CFO for Entrepreneur-Led Small Businesses (Law Firms).

Key Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with each client twice per month and analyze financial statements
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear action steps and hold clients accountable
• Collaborate with bookkeepers to ensure data integrity and participate in company-wide training

Required Qualifications

• Business degree with an emphasis in accounting or finance preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles (CFO, Controller, etc.)
• Strong skills in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience in creating financial models and dashboards that drive action
• High emotional intelligence and a coaching mindset
