Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and improve the client experience
• Prepare and coordinate customer documentation and assist with the implementation of Treasury Management products

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Experience in managing client relationships and resolving issues
