Job Summary

A company is looking for a PIP Reinsurance Recovery Associate responsible for managing and recovering outstanding balances related to Michigan Personal Injury Protection benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit reimbursement requests accurately and within required timeframes
• Obtain necessary information to handle recovery of paid losses through interaction with reinsurers and claims adjusters
• Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation for all assigned claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1-2 years specialized training in Accounting, Medical Billing, or Finance
• General understanding of insurance or reinsurance processes
• Proficiency in standard office software, particularly Microsoft Excel
