Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensure first call resolution by effectively solving problems and handling calls
• Accurately document and process customer claims and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
