Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Scheduler in Medical Services Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging and hospital ancillary services using the electronic medical record (EPIC)
• Respond to telephone scheduling inquiries and assist customers, including patients and referring physicians
• Handle heavy telephone demands efficiently and courteously

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient administration, logistics coordination, or call center
• Preferred 1 year of Imaging Scheduling Experience
• Previous experience with EPIC scheduling is highly preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Typing speed of 35 wpm
