Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Account Support Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the clinical team, patients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders during the reauthorization process
• Process reauthorization requests for injured workers needing continued medical services, especially in physical therapy and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records related to reauthorization requests and approvals

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration or related field required
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and rehabilitation services preferred
• Familiarity with insurance and reauthorization processes is a plus
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
