Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries and actions by regulators, including form filing objections
• Complete internal regulatory review and filings related to policy forms within the SERFF filing system
• Analyze and resolve policy and regulatory issues to meet business and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in health care, managed care, or health insurance
• 2+ years of experience with medical coding, claims processing, regulatory affairs, compliance, or reimbursement
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into policy form benefit provisions
• Comfortable with rapidly changing tasks and duties based on filing deadlines
