Required Qualifications

• Currently active RN license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings
• Required BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school
• Experience in case management or care coordination preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads in fast-paced environments
