Job Summary

A company is looking for a DMPS Support Engineer to provide remote technical support for hosted and on-premise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product/customer support for global clients and manage incident flow
  • Triage and escalate incidents according to standard operating procedures
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and consulting teams to resolve incidents
Required Qualifications
