Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives, managing performance metrics and daily operations
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans
  • Respond to requests and complete accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent education
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT and ICD-9 codes
  • Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
