Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Enablement Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a regional team of Customer Enablement Architects to support customer success through training and upskilling
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to create enablement strategies tailored to customer segments
  • Report on training metrics and guide actions for training bookings and revenue execution
Required Qualifications
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in technology education with a focus on people leadership
  • Experience in training development, customer support, and product go-to-market strategies
  • Technical understanding of curriculum and certifications to support team coaching
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a regional team of enablement specialists
  • Experience in Customer Success or managing a book of business
