Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Digital Appliance (Southwest).

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and operational KPIs while leading a team to build morale and achieve objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and ensure flawless merchandising of products
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Market Managers and Field Sales Managers, conducting regular store visits for motivation and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in sales generation and marketing methodologies is required
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Prior experience managing a team is essential
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
