Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and create effective job descriptions
• Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline using various recruiting resources
• Manage the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience and thorough evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a sales or distribution organization
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt roles
