Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst focused on affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the analysis of investment opportunities, including market analysis and financial modeling
• Review and reconcile financial reports, such as income statements and cash flow statements
• Gather and review due diligence materials for prospective investments

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or acquisitions
• Experience in affordable housing is required
• Advanced Excel modeling skills are required
• A bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, or Accounting is preferred; an MBA is a plus
