Job Summary

A company is looking for a Course Success Manager to drive scholar success through collaboration with colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of college courses and foster relationships with college partners
• Conduct regular meetings with faculty and teaching fellows to assess course implementation and student engagement
• Develop and refine support for teaching fellows, including training sessions and resource development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience required
• Experience in teaching, education program management, or course coordination; familiarity with Salesforce or Canvas preferred
• Understanding and interest in dual-enrollment, early college, and college access
• Strong commitment to advancing equitable educational outcomes
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and managing multiple tasks
