Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the claims cycle, including training and auditing staff
• Coordinate and supervise staff work to meet productivity standards and goals
• Monitor accounts receivable reconciliations and establish billing updates to maximize collections

Qualifications

• Graduate of four-year high school or equivalent (GED)
• One to two years of experience leading accounts receivable teams; at least five years in revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of EMR software functionality and operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
