Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions for healthcare analytics
• Analyze and model data related to Revenue Cycle Management processes
• Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for healthcare leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience in BI development and analytics, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Demonstrated exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI; Tableau experience is also acceptable
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including hospital leadership and IT
• Mid-Senior level experience in the field
