Manage the quality-related event reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and monthly reporting
Ensure compliance with service quality and patient safety standards by collaborating with the Quality and Compliance Teams
Assist in the development and reporting of performance improvement initiatives and coordinate client communication reporting
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
2+ years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
